Welcome to Le Psych Loft, where we are dedicated to providing warm, compassionate, and quality treatment for all our clients. What Do We Offer

We provide in-person and online individual and couples therapy. We also offer a social anxiety skills training group. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or emotion regulation, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.

Our Approach

We provide evidence-based interventions including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a type of psychotherapy that helps individuals understand the relationship between their thoughts, emotions and behaviour. Therapy is focused on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a form of psychotherapy that uses mindfulness based techniques to help clients accept their thoughts and emotions. It emphasizes the importance of identifying one’s values and living a life where one’s actions are aligned with them.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

DBT, based on many of the premises of CBT, is designed to help individuals manage intense emotions. There are four main skill areas in DBT: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

 

Social Anxiety Skill Training Group

At Le Psych Loft, we offer group therapy for those with social anxiety. In this group, clients will learn about social anxiety, gain tools to manage their symptoms and have the opportunity to connect with others experiencing similar challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
