About Amy

I am a Master of Counselling Psychology student with a strong passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. I am deeply committed to creating a compassionate, client-centred space where people feel safe, seen, and heard.

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique experiences and personal story. I strive to work alongside clients to explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop coping strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

As an intern, I value learning and growth as an ongoing process and am dedicated to providing thoughtful, supportive care under supervision. I aim to foster a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their concerns at their own pace.
