I hold a PhD in Psychology from McGill University and have over 15 years of experience working in a variety of clinical and professional settings. My background includes roles at the Lester B. Pearson School Board, the Jewish General Hospital (JGH), the Douglas Hospital, as well as in private practice. I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly participate in continuing education to ensure I provide the highest standard of care.
In addition to my private practice, I am the attending psychologist at Clinique médicale Ouest de l’île de Montréal, where I offer comprehensive care and support to individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns. This dual role allows me to combine the personalized nature of private practice with the collaborative, multidisciplinary approach of a medical clinic.
My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders, perfectionism, complex trauma, and difficulties with emotion regulation. I view therapy as a collaborative process and strive to understand each client’s strengths and challenges within the context of their unique experiences and history. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centred, and I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and build a life that feels aligned with their values.
I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey toward personal growth and self-actualization.
