About Naaz

I am currently completing my Master of Counselling at City University of Seattle, and I previously completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Concordia University. I am dedicated to establishing an environment where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported as they encounter challenges, pursue personal growth, and experience change. My approach is characterized by warmth, collaboration, and a focus on the client, with a strong emphasis on cultural humility. I understand that each individual’s experiences are influenced by their distinct identities, culture, values, relationships, and life experience. I aim to engage with each client with openness and curiosity, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere where they can comfortably be themselves and delve into what is most significant to them.
