I am a licensed counsellor with seven years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of concerns. Over time, I have worked with various therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s needs. Importantly, I believe a strong therapeutic alliance is central to meaningful and lasting change.
Primarily, my area of expertise is social anxiety. As a result, I focus on helping individuals build confidence and navigate social situations more comfortably. In addition, I specialize in career counselling. Through this work, I help clients explore education and career paths by identifying their interests, skills, and values.
In my practice, collaboration and trust are essential. Therefore, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients can share their experiences openly. With a warm and compassionate approach, I support clients in identifying challenges and exploring ways to move forward. Together, we work toward overcoming difficulties and building resilience.
I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from the University of Roehampton in London, England. Furthermore, I have completed extensive post-master’s training in Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, Systemic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Currently, I am completing additional training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and RO-Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
